As a Corporate Development Associate / Senior Associate , you will play a key role in supporting PeopleCert's Corporate Development strategy, identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities, and supporting the execution of M&A transactions. and supporting the execution of a strong M&A strategy. As a Corporate Development Associate / Senior Associate your tasks will include the following: Supporting A-Z the corporate development team in sourcing, evaluating and analyzing potential M&A opportunities. Working with cross-functional teams to design and execute the full M&A lifecycle, including company, market, and competitive analysis; project management; negotiation support; pricing and financial impact assessment (such as financial modelling and sensitivity analyses); deal structuring; due diligence coordination; and preparation of transaction documentation. Preparing presentations and other materials for executive leadership and board meetings related to M&A opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal and external functions (e.g. legal, finance). What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics. Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in top corporate environments (banking, consulting, private equity). For the Associate role: 5+ years’ experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Development. For the Senior Associate role: 8+ years’ experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Development. Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Good knowledge of other languages, will be considered an asset. Excellent IT skills, ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered a plus. Excellent Project Management skills, PRINCE2 certification will be considered will be viewed as an advantage. Passionate AI user (AI Champion mentality).
