This is a unique opportunity to support a transformative educational initiative as part of PeopleCert’s ESG commitment to strengthening access and quality in education.  You will support a newly established LANGUAGECERT initiative aimed at raising English language proficiency in Greek schools in Istanbul, planning and delivering interactive lessons for students ranging from young learners to teenagers and preparing learners for internationally recognized LANGUAGECERT certifications . This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a genuine desire to help learners achieve their language goals.     As an English Teacher, your tasks will include the following:   Plan and deliver interactive, engaging lessons for a variety of age groups and proficiency levels   Design activities and work with materials that promote communicative and authentic language use   Assess student needs and learning styles to tailor instruction accordingly   Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions   Prepare students for international English language certification exams by LANGUAGECERT, including practice tests and exam strategies   Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development   Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain regular communication with learners and parents   Collaborate with colleagues from LANGUAGECERT to fine-tune curriculum materials and share best practices   Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events       What we look for:   A BA degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.   Recognized TEFL/TESOL certification    Minimum 2 years of teaching experience   Excellent command of written and spoken English (native or near-native level)   Familiarity with the CEFR framework and standardized test preparation   Eligibility to live and work in Turkey is required   Desirable Skills & Attributes:    Experience teaching different age groups (young learners, teens)   Strong communication and organizational skills   Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technology-enhanced teaching.     What we offer:   Competitive remuneration package  Incentive scheme based on targets  Work in an international, dynamic and fun atmosphere  Two free vouchers for all certifications from PeopleCert's Portfolio per year for all employees  Huge learning experience in using best practices and global environment  Constant personal and professional development    If you want to become a member of our international, dynamic and agile team that creates world leading software products, then we should certainly like to hear from you!
