Let’s grow together. #LI-Hybrid Responsibilities: Install and configure user’s computer systems Respond to user IT support requests Manage meetings with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues Provide software support on PCs and laptops, such as troubleshooting, installing, removing a few different software applications (Outlook 365, Windows programs, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) Administration and configuration (user, groups, reset passwords) Requirements: 3 years’ experience in similar position Experience in Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office Knowledge of Android System Basic knowledge of Networking & Security Basic knowledge in Domain Services will be an asset. Basic knowledge in Office 365 Cloud Platform will be an asset MS Windows Server or M365 Certification will be an asset Basic knowledge of MacOS will be an asset.
