We are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for our state of the art Manufacturing Facility in Carlow. Key Responsibilities and Duties Operate  machinery and equipment as required in the production process Conduct quality checks to ensure that the products meet our quality standards Working on multiple jobs to achieve  quality and delivery requirements Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the safety of all employees. Maintain accurate records of production output and quality  Ensuring tasks are carried out in line with company procedures and standards Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Good attention to detail and 'get it right first time' attitude Ability to work in a fast paced environment Previous experience in manufacturing,  an advantage but not essential Good level of English
