The Security & Administrative Operations Specialist supports the Head of Security by coordinating store stocktakes/inventories, overseeing the monitoring and follow-up of security equipment and systems, and ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the Security team. Key Responsibilities: A. Stocktakes / Inventories Participate in the planning and coordination of store stocktakes/inventory counts. Track and monitor stocktake plans (by region / store / time period). Review and validate results and variances/deviations when required. B. Security Operations Support Provide support on security issues arising from stores. Contribute to the coordination of day-to-day Security operational matters. C. Equipment / Systems Monitoring Monitor proper operation of security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.). Record equipment needs, shortages, and replacement requirements. Track and follow up on store requests related to security equipment. D. Security Checklist & Compliance Create, maintain, and update Security Checklists for: new store openings remodelings/refurbishments periodic store audits/inspections Monitor checklist completion and communicate gaps and corrective actions.
