What Your Day Might Look Like: Engage with potential clients to uncover their business challenges and design tailored Data & AI solutions that bring Satori’s capabilities to life. Engage with potential clients to uncover business challenges and technical requirements. Develop and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and technical workshops that showcase Satori’s value proposition. Own or help with the creation of technically sound and commercially viable proposals, aligning client needs with Satori’s expertise. Collaborate with leadership to prepare compelling RFI/RFP responses. Stay ahead of advancements in analytics, cloud, and AI, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge. Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation. Lead the implementation and adoption of Satori’s new CRM platform as the single source of truth for pipeline management. Define, document, and optimize pre-sales and sales processes (lead qualification, opportunity tracking, forecasting). Provide leadership visibility through reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights. Drive CRM adoption across the commercial team, ensuring usage is consistent, value-driven, and tied to performance. Act as the bridge between Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery to ensure information flow, accountability, and operational discipline. Continuously identify and implement best practices in Sales Operations to improve efficiency and scalability. Your Superpowers🚀: 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical consulting roles, ideally within analytics, AI, or cloud technologies. Solid understanding of data and AI technologies. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes. Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and storytelling skills. Proven experience in operating CRM-based sales processes (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and driving adoption across teams. Experience building reporting frameworks and dashboards for sales management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in process design and execution. Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken). Certifications in relevant technologies or CRM platforms are a plus.
