What Your Day Might Look Like: Data Quality & Compliance : You will champion the delivery of fit-for-purpose data by promoting high standards of quality, consistency, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across key data domains. Analytical Support: Perform in-depth data profiling and root cause analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel to detect issues and drive resolution at the source. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to align governance initiatives with operational goals, fostering a shared understanding of ownership, stewardship, and accountability. Regulatory Monitoring : You will assist in tracking and documenting compliance with regulatory requirements, helping to ensure that enterprise data practices meet evolving standards and obligations. Governance Development: You will s upport the creation, documentation, and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and processes that ensure organizational alignment and sustainable data practices. Ownership & Stewardship : You will contribute to the identification and clarification of data ownership structures, stewardship roles, and the development of business rules that support trusted data use. Your Superpowers 🚀 Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics. Technical Proficiency: You are a skilled in SQL and an advanced Excel user (including pivot tables and v-lookups); Data Quality Focus: You can demonstrate a strong interest in ensuring the integrity, traceability, and consistency of data across systems. You can proactively identify and address data quality issues to support trusted outcomes. Analytical Mindset: You bring a proactive, curious mindset and the ability to prioritize, adapt, and deliver in fast-paced, evolving environments. Comfortable working in regulated sectors such as betting, fintech, healthcare, or telecom. Structured way of thinking and working: You like to try to understand why an ecosystem is structured as it and what are motivational engines that drive it and introduce enhancements based on clear rules and very substantiated exceptions. Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator with a proven ability to work across both business and technical teams, bringing clarity and structure to complex data challenges. Both technical and business stakeholders love working with you! Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, data management, business intelligence, or data governance roles, with a drive to improve data usability and compliance. If you are a business analyst with strong technical background, you might also be ideal. You will seriously stand out if you have: Familiarity with any BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Prior experience in the field of Data Governance or practical understanding of key concepts and frameworks
