What Your Day Might Look Like: Design, build, and maintain backend services that support real business use cases, from idea to production. Work across the full software development lifecycle — from understanding requirements to deploying and operating systems in production. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems and cloud infrastructure using observability tools. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions. Your Superpowers 🚀 Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on backend and web development. Hands-on experience with Elixir, Phoenix / LiveView, and PostgreSQL (or strong experience in similar backend stacks). Familiarity with AWS, background jobs (Oban or equivalent), and observability tools such as Grafana. Solid understanding of RDBMS and operating production systems. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and make pragmatic trade-offs when designing solutions. Product-minded, analytical, and comfortable discussing technical decisions with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. [Please note that this a full on-site role in our client's HQ in Marousi]
