We are looking for a Team Leader to lead, structure, and elevate our operational teams while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards. If you combine people leadership with operational discipline and a strong sense of accountability, this role is for you. Manage, monitor, and supervise the employees under your responsibility, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, internal procedures, policies, and applicable standards Identify training and upskilling needs, proposing and overseeing development initiatives to support both performance and professional growth Detect performance deviations, inappropriate conduct, or operational risks, acting within your scope and escalating when required Fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Prepare, manage, and monitor work schedules, including shifts, working hours, holidays, and absences, ensuring operational continuity and legal compliance Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and follow-up meetings with team members Report regularly on team performance, operational risks, and resource needs to senior management 👤 Profile We’re Looking For Proven experience in operational team leadership or people management Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity in a regulated environment Clear communicator with the ability to provide structured feedback and drive performance High level of integrity, diligence, and impartiality Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Experience in fintech, financial services, compliance, or regulated operations is a strong plus Available and excited to work on-site from our office in central Porto
