We are seeking a skilled Telesales Team leader to join our team and take responsibility for the successful execution of TS projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Daily on-the-job coaching of the team to improve their sales skills (objection handling, active listening, closing techniques) Implement and oversee phone script structure, adding or modifying segments to maximize conversion Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to each team member Manage and track ongoing campaigns’ progress, ensuring service level and answer rate targets are met Lead daily team meetings to align goals, provide motivational support, and identify training needs Develop and propose training sessions to address performance gaps Adjust dialer settings and strategies (retry ratios, call flow) to maximize productivity Support collaboration with Quality Control and Training teams to enable a culture of continuous improvement Previous experience of at least 3 years in Telesales, preferably within the Telco and Energy sectors Experience in team supervision and delivering training sessions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce,  etc.) Ability to track, analyze, and report team performance metrics Commitment to delivering high service quality and operational excellence Personal Skills Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members toward their goals Result-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused Initiative, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience Ability to handle stress gracefully and make decisions under pressure
