We are seeking a skilled Telesales Represantative to join our team and take responsibility for the successful execution of TS projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Contact prospective customers by phone to promote products or services (mobile phone plans, energy packages) Explain pricing, promotions, and service details in a clear and trustworthy manner Handle customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and manage objections Record all call details and outcomes in the company’s CRM platform Work toward and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals Stay up to date with promotions, pricing plans, and industry trends Previous experience in telesales or phone sales (preferably in the Telco or Energy sectors ) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic workplace Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce,  or other) Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection gracefully Commitment to delivering high service quality and securing customer loyalty Personal Skills Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated team player Ability to listen carefully and respond to customer needs Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and eager to improve Collaborative and able to contribute to team goals Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
