As part of its development  Volton  strengthens its human resources in  Thessaloniki  and seeks an Account Manager for our Northern Region (including the region of Thrace to Volos and Ioannina to Kerkyra).   Responsibilities Plan, develop and manage the retailer network to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets Adherence to the respective commercial procurement policy Supervise performance evaluation of each associate Participate in training and development of sales teams to improve productivity Monitor and record competition Formulate and provide reports to management 3-5 years of experience in telco Retail channels preferably as a Store Manager  Experience in account management preferred (Energy, Telcos etc.) Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) Fluency in English, both oral and written   Personal Skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Exceptional analytical skills and numerical understanding Strong commercial acumen and result driven mentality Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written formats Collaborative and team-spirited personality
