Position Summary 1. Provide an optimum solution through a contract review and legal counsel. 2. Minimize the company's legal risks by responding to major disputes. Role and Responsibilities 1. [Responding to a dispute and government investigation] Perform tasks to respond to major disputes like litigation, arbitration, and claim and a country's government investigation, following an established strategy. 4. [Identifying and responding to a country's legal trend] Identify and analyze a country's regulation-related trend (legislation and precedent) which is related to the company's business like labor, environment, HR, and fair trade. Skills and Qualifications • Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues • Works on problems of limited scope.
