Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Direct-to-Consumer suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Person als Category Lead (m/w/d) Mobile Experience Dienstsitz: Eschborn, Hybrides Arbeiten (3 Tage Office, 2 Tage remote) Role and Responsibilities Führe und Entwickle das Category-Management-Team im Bereich Mobile Experience (Smartphone, Tablets, Wearables , Notebooks, Accessories ) sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch Definiere Ziele und steuere KPIs in den Bereichen Sortiment, Preisstrategie, Verkaufsmaßnahmen und Verfügbarkeiten Verantworte das Wachstum und den Ausbau des Category -Management-Bereichs mit Fokus auf Umsatz- und Profitziele Du optimierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst operative Abläufe zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Ergebnisqualität weiter Entwickle Preisstrategien, Promotions und Abverkaufsmaßnahmen für sämtliche D2C-Kanäle (eigener Online-Shop, Marktplätze, Partnerprogramme) Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen, um das gesamte Kundenerlebnis entlang der Customer Journey zu stärken Steuerung und Entwicklung externer Partner und Dienstleister. Skills and Qualifications Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Handel oder E-Commerce Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce Category Management oder Vertrieb, idealerweise mit ersten Führungserfahrungen Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Verbesserung von Prozessen und Projekten im E-Commerce-Bereich in einer Corporate- oder Multichannel -Umgebung Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Strukturen Ein analytisches Mindset gepaart mit einem Leadership-Ansatz, der Mitarbeitende motiviert und weiterentwickelt Kommunikations- und Vernetzungsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel. * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy .
