Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Mobile Experience suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Person als Commercial Manager (m/w/d) Smartphone Business Dienstsitz: Eschborn bei Frankfurt Role and Responsibilities Planning the Business: Entwicklung und Umsetzung des vierteljährlichen Planungsprozesses, einschließlich einer umfassenden Marktanalyse zur Identifizierung und Analyse relevanter Trends, sowie Präsentation des Plans an die Stakeholder in umfassenden Kick-off-Sitzungen. Performance Tracking und Analyse: Analyse und Verfolgung der Channel Performance im Vergleich zum Plan, Identifizierung von Risiken und Chancen sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung von Tools zur kontinuierlichen KPI-Überwachung und Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb. Aktives Vertriebsmanagement und Bewertung von Promotions: Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Vertriebsleistung auf Kundenebene, Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteams zur wöchentlichen Verfolgung der Werbeaktionen, Erstellung und Verteilung eines wöchentlichen Aktionskalenders an die Stakeholder, Bereitstellung wöchentlicher und Ad-hoc-Werbeberichte für das Büro in Suwon mit KPI-Dashboards und Bewertung der Leistung nach der Werbeaktion, um umsetzbare Empfehlungen zu geben. Marktanteils- und Wettbewerbseinblicke: Bereitstellung und Analyse von Marktforschungsdaten zu Absatzmärkten und Verbrauchern, Prognose des Marktanteils basierend auf internen Planungen und Bewertungen, Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern für umfassende Markteinblicke sowie Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Überwachung der Werbeaktivitäten. Business Analytics: Leitung funktionsübergreifender Performance-Meetings, Entwicklung und Verfolgung spezifischer KPIs (z. B. Vorbestellungs-, Attach -Raten usw.), Vorbereitung vierteljährlicher Customer Business Reviews mit externen Kunden im Rahmen der Vertriebsunterstützung Skills and Qualifications Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Hochschulstudium (mit Kenntnissen in Statistik/Datenanalyse). Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem kaufmännischen/analytischen Umfeld und idealerweise relevante Branchenkenntnisse. Beratungserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
