Position Summary Dołącz do zespołu Samsung Contact Center i bądź odpowiedzialny za optymalizację procesów raportowania oraz wdrażanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań analitycznych. Role and Responsibilities Zakres obowiązków: Identyfikacja obszarów poprawy efektywności i jakości obsługi klienta. Przygotowanie analiz i raportów dla zespołu Samsung Contact Center. Monitorowanie efektywności wdrażanych zmian i raportowanie postępów. Koordynacja projektów zmian i rozwoju systemów raportowania. Wdrażanie globalnych zmian systemowych prowadzonych przez Samsung. Zarządzanie dostępami do systemów Contact Center. Skills and Qualifications Wymagania: Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel (VBA mile widziane). Umiejętność tworzenia czytelnych raportów i wizualizacji danych (znajomość SQL, Report Builder, Tableau będzie atutem). Znajomość SAP – mile widziana. Umiejętność analizy i interpretacji danych z różnych źródeł. Zdolność identyfikacji trendów, wzorców i obszarów problematycznych. Wysoka organizacja pracy i metodyczność.
