Position Summary Role and Responsibilities New year, new opportunity in our D2C team where we are currently on the lookout for a new Shop App Specialist! What is our Samsung Shop App, you may ask? It is a relatively fresh project that was launched in June 2024 with more than 200 000 downloads in the Czech market so far. On this project-based position, you will be a marketing all-rounder who will be a copywriter, a creative/content creation specialist (supported by external agency) as well as CRM manager, among many other things. If you thrive in a diverse role where you will be in daily contact with various teams across the organization, then this may be just the right challenge for you. Are you up for it? 🔍 What you will be doing: Our Shop App is an important D2C channel and you will take an ownership of delivering KPIs, such as traffic numbers, conversion rate, average order value, and profit targets; You will collaborate with marketing, sales and platform teams on promotional campaigns, other divisions across various product categories, and our European and Korean headquarters; You will participate in major Samsung product launches, such Galaxy S series, newest foldable phones or TVs; You will be the mastermind behind personalized messages and push notifications to Samsung Shop App users in order to support our online promotional plans.
