Role and Responsibilities Deine Aufgaben, Du… verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie, um Umsatz- und Gewinnziele zu erreichen kümmerst dich eigenständig um das strategische Wachstum bestehender Kund:innen arbeitest aktiv bei Produkteinführungen mit und wirkst an der Planung sowie Einführung von verkaufsunterstützenden Massnahmen mit (Marketingkampagnen, Onlinekampagnen etc.) erstellst vertriebsrelevante Analysen, Prognosen und Reports und entwickelst Aktionspläne zur Erreichung von Verkaufszielen beobachtest sämtliche Aktivitäten des Wettbewerbs auf dem Markt und leitest Massnahmen ab (Preisgestaltung, Vertrieb, Verkaufsförderung, Personal, Dienstleistungen usw.) stimmst dich laufend mit deinen Kolleg:innen ab, auch aus anderen Abteilungen Skills and Qualifications Dein Profil, Du… verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise mit den Schwerpunkten Marketing, Vertrieb oder internationales Management) bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit (idealerweise als Key Account Manager) hast eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on Mentalität“ und zählst analytisches Denken und das Aufbereiten von Zahlen zu deinen Stärken überzeugst durch professionelles Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Vertrauenswürdigkeit bringst sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse mit (insbesondere Excel) und sprichst fliessend Englisch bist eine engagierte, teamorientierte und stressresistente Persönlichkeit Was wir dir bieten Wir sind ein innovatives, zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen, bei dem die Mitarbeiter:innen im Vordergrund stehen.
