Position Summary Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of Field Force Efficiency Analyst in Kyiv. Role and Responsibilities Sales target setting and forecasting (SO target, Focus target) for stores in all regions for all promoters Top Focus Models to sale list preparation and managing Budgeting on monthly basis Calculation of Promoters Salary according to the motivation system (hourly rate, target achievement, calculation of sick leave and vacation) + verification (agency, HR, Retail team) Calculation of Regional Trainers and Merchandizers Salary according to the motivation system Promoters perfomance and stores for allocation evaluation  Managing of vacancies for Field Force What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 3+ year of relevant   experience (Finance Analyst, Sales Analyst, Field Force Specialist, HR Admin) in big businesses strong intermediate level of English is a must Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel (complete formulas, pivot tables, PowerBI) excellent communication skills and high responsibility level, attention to details completed high education in Economics or equivalent Skills and Qualifications What does success look like?
