Role and Responsibilities Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program.  This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected senior or recently graduated students.  The program will run from June 1 to August 7.  Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule.  Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.  The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Department in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal team, gaining valuable experience in various aspects of corporate law, contract review, and compliance. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in law or legal-related fields. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the review and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Support the preparation of legal briefs, memos, and other documentation. Assist in the management of legal records and documentation. Participate in meetings and discussions with the legal team to understand ongoing projects and cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Skills and Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or law degree program. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts is a plus.
