Position Summary In your role as a Photo Equipment Technician you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing maintenance and quality testing related to the photolithography equipment. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments, flow adjustments, and mechanical repairs. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: A safety and quality centered mindset. Proficiency with basic hand tools. Experience or knowledge of the photolithography process is a plus. Troubleshooting: Data analysis and hardware failure analysis/repair in a high-pressure atmosphere. Utilization of onboard diagnostics to understand and correct equipment issues. Thorough documentation of all repairs and maintenance.  Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes. Teamwork and Communication: Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization. Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: Associates degree or other technical certification. Mechanical experience or computer-based troubleshooting experience. Or 4 years equivalent technical Military service Familiarity with 6S best practices.  Familiar with TBM concepts. Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment. The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
