Dienstsitz: Hybrid (Eschborn/Home Office) Role and Responsibilities Das erwartet dich: Strategische Account Verantwortung: Entwicklung und Exekution mehrjähriger Account Pläne zur Maximierung des Customer Lifetime Value und Sicherung der Marktanteile Cross Funktionale Führung: Steuerung interner Ressourcen (u.a. Produkt, Marketing, Commercial, Retail, Legal), um individuelle Projekte für den jeweiligen Account zu realisieren. Launch und Lifecycle Management: Erfolgreiche Betreuung bei Einführung neuer Produkte und Projekte (Smartphone, Wearables, Tablet, NPC). Entwicklung und Koordination verkaufsrelevanter Maßnahmen & Strategien zur Optimierung des Umsatzes inkl. Bestandkunden Strategien Customer Relationship : Aufbau und Pflege von belastbaren Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern des jeweiligen Accounts Komplexe Verhandlungsführung: Souveränes Auftreten und Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen. Begleiten von komplexen internationalen Projekten Market Intelligence : Identifikation von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsbewegungen im jeweiligen Account um proaktiv neue Potentiale anzubieten.
