Role and Responsibilities Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program.  This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected senior or recently graduated students.  The program will run from June 1 to August 7.  Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule.  Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.  The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Intern to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the analysis of consumer behavior and market trends, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and support the development of consumer-focused strategies. Roles & Responsibility: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends. Analyze data to identify key insights and actionable recommendations for improving product offerings and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather and interpret customer feedback and sales data. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management. Support the execution of consumer-focused initiatives by providing data-driven insights and analysis. Skills and Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business Strategy/Analytics, Data Science/Analytics, or Master’s program in Market Research/Consumer Insights, Applied Psychology/Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Strategy or related field. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide innovative solutions. Bias for Action Technical Skills Required: Data & Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Python for data analysis. Data Visualization and Story Telling: Advanced use of PowerPoint, specifically being able to chart data, build slides and create compelling learning narratives. Market Research: Experience with market research methodologies (surveys, focus groups, etc.). Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
