Your Key Responsibilities: The MX B2B presales is a technical pre-sales specialist who provides to customers, partners and MX B2B sales team, in-depth domain product and solutions expertise. Provide support about Samsung technologies and solutions performing live demo, co-organizing events and trainings to share and improve the Samsung convergence experience. Support the Team leader in the analysis of MX B2B sales data/forecast information and in the management of the business leads. • Support MX B2B sales providing technical assistance and insight; • Support Team leader in the data collection and analysis of sales data/forecast; • Support MX B2B Team members in the co-organization of events, live demo and training; • Support MX B2B Team in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for customers and partners Role and Responsibilities What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in Management/TLC/IT Engineering; Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tool required. Basic knowledge of MDM platform will be considered as a plus. Language Knowledge: good written and spoken Italian & English. Others:  Problem solving skills, good teamwork, high accuracy in performing tasks.
