Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a: MX Wholesalers, B2B and SES Sales Head  Key Responsibilities: Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market. Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales. Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale. Implement the optimal release plan and sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis. Drive the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit. Review sales organizations and workforce that will bring about the optimal synergy effect and manage them. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years in similar positions. Knowledge in commercial, distribution and B2B sales roles, preferably in the electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry  Advanced level of English Skills: adaptability, planning skills, results-driven work approach, negotiation skills Skills and Qualifications Why is Samsung Electronics the place to be?
