Position Summary En el equipo de Samsung Electronics Climate Solutions buscamos un Training Manager para gestionar actividades de formación enfocadas en el área de climatización y calefacción. Este puesto es clave para garantizar la calidad y eficacia de los programas de formación de la compañía en el área de HVAC. Role and Responsibilities Responsabilidades Principales: 1. Supervisar y coordinar actividades en centros de formación. 2. Gestionar presupuesto anual y evaluar retorno de inversión (ROI). 3. Diseñar e implementar programas para diferentes grupos. 4. Crear y actualizar contenidos formativos. 5. Crear un plan integral para el desarrollo profesional. 6. Implementar y gestionar sistemas LMS. 7. Colaborar con otros departamentos para alinear objetivos. Skills and Qualifications Necesitamos: Experiencia en gestión de formación. Experiencia en equipos de climatización y calefacción Habilidades en diseño e implementación de programas.
