Job Purpose As the Head of Sales in the MX division, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Samsung’s mobile products. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key partners, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the mobile market and a passion for driving business success. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals for Samsung’s MX division. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results. Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and carriers to drive sales growth. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance and ensure continuous improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the mobile or consumer electronics industry. Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
