Coordinate continuous improvement of site development strategies through lessons learned, field observations, and evolving business needs. Review and report scope change requests related to site layout, infrastructure capacity, phasing, cost, and schedule. Review, approve, monitor, and communicate all ongoing site-impacting design work. Proactively perform risk identification and mitigation across all aspects of site planning to reduce rework, conflicts, and long-term constraints.
