Main responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of approximately 12 digital professionals (internal staff and contractors) distributed across three chemistry platform sites Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services, including infrastructure, applications (MES, LIMS, ERP, AI/GenAI), and cybersecurity Partner with business leaders and M&S digital product lines to identify needs, shape strategy, and deliver solutions that maximize business value Manage the digital portfolio and budget for the chemistry platform, participating in Strategic Plan and Long-Range Planning cycles Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (GxP, SOX, data privacy), and cybersecurity standards while maintaining site cybersecurity performance targets Oversee daily operations, service continuity, and relationships with suppliers and service providers Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency About you Experience: Proven track record in IT leadership roles within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, ideally in multi-site environments Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership with experience managing geographically dispersed teams Deep knowledge of industrial IT systems (MES, LIMS, SCADA, ERP) and digital transformation in manufacturing Agile mindset with expertise in project management, change management, and business partnering Strategic thinking with strong decision-making and consulting abilities Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and GxP compliance requirements Comfortable with regular travel between sites Education: Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, information systems, or related field Languages: Fluent in French and English Why choose us?
