Job title : Lead- Business Analytics     Hiring Manager: Head - Medical Analytics   Location: Hyderabad   % of travel expected: As per business need    Job type: Permanent, Full time       About the job    Our Team:     Sanofi Business Operations is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally   Main responsibilities:   Lead a team of business analyst and specialists with different level of expertise  Coaches and develops business analyst and specialists (on contents, methods, processes)  Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for activities supported  Oversee multiple Business Analytics projects across different therapeutic areas and global markets, including data visualization, insights, performance metrics, and strategic decision support initiatives Secure delivery of activities in time and in compliance with internal and external standards  Participate in planning of analysis and data presentation to be used  Keep abreast of industry and across industry best practices for Analytical solutions Design solutions to bring efficiencies to the processes      People:     Maintain effectiveness relationships with the end stakeholders (Medical scientific community) with Global business units and product – with an end objective to deliver as per requirement  Interact effectively with stakeholders on medical and pharmacovigilance departments  Constantly assist business analytics team in developing knowledge and sharing expertise    Performance:   Ensure all Business Analytics projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards as defined by stakeholder requirements Maintain high standards of data integrity and analytical accuracy across all deliverables, with regular quality assurance reviews Achieve consistent positive feedback from internal clients and business partners through effective communication and solution delivery Drive team productivity and professional development, ensuring optimal resource utilization and skill enhancement Continuously improve analytical methodologies and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times Deliver actionable insights that demonstrably influence business decisions and contribute to organizational objectives Effectively partner with Medical, Commercial, and R&D teams to leverage synergies and maximize analytical value Stay current with industry trends and implement cutting-edge analytical techniques to maintain competitive advantage Ensure all analytical activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the analytics team   Process:   Identifies and resolves operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations/solutions to local or global managers/partners  Provides quality control and guidance in methodologies, processes, and SOPs  Use methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization   Identify inconsistencies in how data is being reported across teams and countries  Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU   Stakeholders :  Build and maintain strong relationships with Medical, Commercial, and R&D teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant analytical insights Present complex data findings in clear, actionable formats to diverse audiences, ensuring insights drive informed decision-making Work closely with global and regional teams to align on priorities, gather requirements, and ensure consistent analytical approaches Regularly showcase the impact of analytical deliverables on business outcomes to reinforce stakeholder confidence and engagement   About you     Experience : 10+ years of work experience in the fields of information science, data/database management, reporting data quality metrics  Experience in a healthcare industry is a strong plus   Soft skills : Excellent written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to convey critical and sensitive information in a highly professional manner  Technical skills :   Ability to analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques and tools such as Snowflake, SQL, R, and Python  Proficiency in creating visually compelling and informative dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Qliksense to communicate insights effectively.  Knowledge of data warehousing principles and experience in data cleansing, transformation, and integration to ensure data quality and consistency.  Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik sense, SQL, Snowflake and informatica to extract, analyze, and present data for decision-making purposes.  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in healthcare data, as well as the ability to think critically and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.  Education : Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Experience in a healthcare industry is a strong plus   Languages : Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills – written and spoken    Pursue progress, discover extraordinary      Better is out there.
