Job title: Quality Manager/Qualified Person Deputy Location: Ukraine About the job As Quality Assurance Specialist within our Ukraine Quality team, you'll provide critical support to our Country Quality Head, ensuring robust quality systems across all GxP activities and helping maintain compliance excellence. Main responsibilities: • Support the Country Quality Head in implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System across all GxP activities in Ukraine • Act as the primary local contact for the Regional Quality team, providing updates on compliance status, quality plans, and escalating issues when needed • Monitor and review compliance across the supply chain and commercial operations, ensuring all processes meet both local legislation and global Sanofi standards • Lead the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, and training materials for all relevant teams • Coordinate quality meetings with subject matter experts and manage annual quality plans and improvement activities • Ensure audit and regulatory inspection readiness through effective process monitoring, data integrity checks, and quality metrics • Drive continuous improvement by promoting QMS principles and identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes About you • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, quality management systems, and pharmaceutical quality standards • Experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with understanding of both local Ukrainian and international compliance requirements • Experience with Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) evaluation and analysis • Experience with import operations and quality requirements in a pharmaceutical context • Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality initiatives • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken) Why choose us? • Work where global operations meet bold ambition — supporting critical quality functions that help bring life-changing treatments to patients faster • Make a direct impact on patient safety and product quality across Ukraine's pharmaceutical supply chain • Accelerate your career through cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to work with regional and global quality experts • Own meaningful work from day one, with the freedom to shape smarter quality solutions and lead change across the organization • Collaborate with curious minds across borders, functions, and cultures in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment • Thrive in a workplace designed for you — with flexible working options and benefits that support your well-being, growth, and sense of belonging Pursue Progress .
