Über die Stelle Die APU Lantus produziert zuverlässig Insulin Glargin als Wirkstoff, um die Marktversorgung sicher zu stellen. Die APT Lantus Fermentation ist verantwortlich für die Produktion von Insulin Glargin von den Stufen 01 bis 10, sowie Insulin Glulisin von den Stufen 01 bis 07. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, diese Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und robust und compliant zu halten. Als Expert*in Produktion in unserem Team Lantus Fermentation wirst Du „Ihre Prozessstufen“ optimieren und GMP-seitig betreuen. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Technische Betreuung der Anlagen unter spezieller Berücksichtigung von GMP und HSE- Richtlinien Optimierung von Verfahrensschritten und Produktionsabläufen, speziell im Rahmen von Projekten Inbetriebnahme von Apparaturen, Messeinrichtungen und Programmen; Anfahren der Anlage nach Stillständen und technischen Änderungen Statistische Auswertung und Trending von Betriebsdaten Ursachenfindung und Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen, speziell bei Fehler-Untersuchungen im Rahmen der Abweichungsbearbeitung Vorbereitung und Abwicklung Technischer Maßnahmen (TM) Erstellung und Pflege betrieblicher Dokumentationen wie beispielsweise HAWs und SOPs Gute Kommunikation mit der Schichtleitung, den Meistern und den Betriebsassistenten zu prozessrelevanten Themen Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeiter Durchführung von Betriebsversuchen und Teilprojekten Über dich Erfahrung : Erfahrung in der biotechnologischen Wirkstoffproproduktion sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich der GMP-Richtlinien Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten : Einsatzfreude und technisches Interesse;  seht hohe Teamfähigkeit und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit Ausbildung : Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Sprachen : sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorteilhaft Pursue Progress .
