Über die Stelle Du möchtest eine Schlüsselrolle in einem hochmodernen und GMP-regulierten Produktionsumfeld übernehmen? In dieser Funktion verantwortest Du mit Deinem Team die Automatisierungs- und Vision-Systeme im Bereich Inspektion und Verpackung im Insulin Cluster Frankfurt. Du leistest damit einen zentralen Beitrag zur sicheren Versorgung mit lebenswichtigen Insulinprodukten. Deine Aufgabe als Visual Inspection Expert wird es sein, die visuelle Inspektion und Kamerasysteme von Inspektionsmaschinen & Verpackungsanlagen voranzutreiben und zu unterstützen. Durch den Einsatz automatisierter Systeme sowie die Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von Prozessen, Innovation und wissenschaftlicher Exzellenz über die gesamte Injectables-Plattform hinweg. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Bildverarbeitungssysteme von Kontroll- und Verpackungsmaschinen (Körber Vision / Innoscan Vision / Cognex / Keyence) Ansprechpartner für Systemfragen und bei Systemstörungen, Koordination und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Prozess- und Systemstörungen Einrichten und Konfigurieren von Windows-Systemen, Automatisierungssystemen und Kamera-Systemen IT/Netzwerktechnik: Administration und Wartung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen OPC/Softing: Konfiguration und Wartung von Kommunikationsprotokollen zwischen Systemen Comos: Nutzung der Anlagenplanungssoftware für Dokumentation und Engineering Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Cybersecurity & DataIntegrity Anforderungen von Kamerastationen Kontinuierliche Suche nach innovativen, kosteneffizienten Lösungen sowie nach Ansätzen zur Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Inspektionsprozessen Erstellung, Feinabstimmung und Fehlerbehebung von Rezepturen für automatisierte Kamerasysteme Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern zur Reduzierung von Ausschussquoten in Inspektionssystemen Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von Lifecycle/Obsoleszenz-Projekten an Bestands- und Neuanlagen Initiierung und Bearbeitung von Änderungen an technischen Anlagen (Change Control/Change Request) Organisiert arbeiten: Strukturierte Projektplanung und -durchführung Dienstleister koordinieren: Steuerung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister Erstellen und Review projektbezogener Qualifizierungsdokumente (QP, DQ, TM, RA, IQ/OQ-Pläne, QB) Durchführung von IQ/OQ-Tests Sicherstellung des Erhaltens des qualifizierten Anlagenzustandes Schnittstelle zu Partnerbereichen (Quality, APUs, global Engineering, externe Lieferanten) Enge Abstimmung mit APUs und beteiligten Gewerken (inkl. Stillstandsplanung) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSE- und GMP-Vorgaben Sicheres und GMP-konformes Betreiben der Anlagen Anwendung von Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik bei Wartung und Troubleshooting Über dich Erfahrung : Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Elektro-, Mess- und Regeltechnik- oder Informationstechnologie Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten : Gute Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Regelwerke zu cGMP Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Fertigungstechnik, Bildverarbeitung, Automatisierungstechnik, IT, Cyber-Security und Digitalisierung Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit Qualitätsbewusste, selbständige, strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise. Überzeugendes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick. Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit. Eigenverantwortliches Handeln & Kundenorientiertes Denken. Ausbildung : abgeschlossene Ausbildung der Elektro / Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung Ein weiterführender Abschluss (z. B. Techniker) ist wünschenswert.
