As Senior Specialist - Web Development within our Hyderabad Hub in the Web and Social Media Operations Team, you'll be pivotal in crafting and executing innovative web solutions that elevate our digital presence, ensuring seamless functionality and impactful user experiences across platforms.     Main responsibilities:      Design and develop user-friendly websites with responsive layouts  Implement new features and enhancements based on business needs  Manage content updates across websites and social media platforms to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints  Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and engages target audiences effectively  Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards; implement security and data protection measures   Recommend and implement improvements to enhance website performance and user experience   Coordinate with internal team (Web Search/Performance/Content Operations) to ensure the website structure and framework supports best-in-class customer experience aligned with Omnichannel/GTMC pillars and customer engagement strategy Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve website aesthetics/user experience as per Global industry standards  About you      Experience :   5-8 years of experience in web development with a portfolio showcasing proficiency   Desirable experience in content management system (CMS)  Desirable experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare industry and scientific context mediation    Soft skills :   Stakeholder management  Good written and verbal communication skills  Ability to work independently and within a team environment  Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities    Technical skills:   Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks Previous experience with Magnolia and other back-end development frameworks and content management systems (CMS)  Knowledge of web analytics tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and web security best practices  Education:    University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in computer science/engineering/life sciences, or related field)  Advanced degree in computer science/engineering/management/business analytics/life sciences/similar discipline desirable    Languages:    Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)    Why choose us?   Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team  Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally  Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact  Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave  Enjoy a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and growth, supported by a culture that values creativity and innovation  Join a dynamic team at the forefront of web development innovation, where you can showcase your skills in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions    Pursue Progress .
