As Marketing Intern - Vaccines in our process manufacturing team, you’ll be incharge of general marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations. Main responsibilities: General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activities Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendors Prepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action items Support team on meeting minutes and co-ordination Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date Creation of new vendors/HCO/HCP Managing event invoices and contracts/MOUs Submission of payments for events and sponsorship activities Submission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the system Support sales execution (releasing of orders) during high season especially for flu About you Bachelor degree in relevant fields Good attitude and communication skills Why choose us?
