Über die Stelle Als Teil unseres Teams in der Autonomen Produktionseinheit „APU Pharma ENG“ konzentrieren wir uns auf die Herstellung (Ansatz / Abfüllung / Kontrolle). Unser „Kunde“ ist die Produktion. Wir arbeiten im Team gemeinsam an den Themen und lösen die Probleme in der täglichen Routine. Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig und gehen respektvoll und offen miteinander um. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparatur arbeiten an pharmazeutischen Maschinen und Anlagen unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen, sicherheitstechnischen und pharmazeutischen Rahmenbedingungen. Durchführung von Formatumstellungen mit anschließendem Funktionstest und Feineinstellung Durchführung von Reparaturen und Kleinmontagen von mechanischen Baugruppen Betriebsbetreuung inkl. Störungsbehebung und Unterstützung des betrieblichen Ablaufs Knowhow-Geber bei der Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung, die auch fachübergreifende Ursachen haben können. Klärung offener Fragen und terminliche Feinabstimmung von IH-Maßnahmen mit dem Betrieb, gegebenenfalls Koordination / Kontrolle von Fremdleistungen. Unterstützung bei der Projektabwicklung, -umsetzung und Anlageninbetriebnahme inklusive Qualifizierung und Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation. Verwaltung der notwendigen Ersatzteile im Betreuungsbereich (Ein- und Auslagerungen, Nachbestellung veranlassen). Eigenständiges Arbeiten an Rohrleitungen, inklusive deren Fertigung, Montage und sicherheits- / qualitätsrelevanter Prüfung sowie die Anfertigung und Bearbeitung von Bauteilen aus verschiedenen Software- und Programmsicherung der unterschiedlichsten Systeme (PC, PLS, SPS), verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des Datenschutzes sowie Lizenzbestimmungen im Umgang mit EDV-Programmen und Anwendungen. Über dich Erfahrung : Erfahrungen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion unter GMP-Bedingungen sind vorteilhaft Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten : Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität Systematische Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zum 4er Schichtdienst Durchführung von Arbeiten in folgenden Reinraum Bereichen: A-, B-, C-, D--, E2-Bereich Eingehende EDV-Kenntnisse Ausbildung : Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker für Betriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Fachbereich Elektronik Sprachen : Fließend Deutsch Pursue Progress .
