Working in partnership with the business owner, and the digital R&D Reporting GenAI / GenBI (Generative Business Intelligence) Product Owner, you'll drive application development, user interface design, and ensure seamless delivery of business value through intuitive, user-centric solutions.   As Digital R&D Reporting Application Product Owner , you'll be transforming R&D reporting capabilities by democratizing access to data and insights. You'll help reduce time spent sourcing, preparing, and analyzing information while enabling a broader set of users to leverage data effectively. Ready to get started?   Main Responsibilities:   ·       Lead the User Experience & Application Delivery product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes through regular releases  ·       Collaborate closely with R&D business stakeholders to develop a clear vision, ensuring the application and user experience evolve with R&D business needs and drive high maturity  ·       Develop a detailed and executable product delivery plan and timeline across design, build, and run activities; lead the product through governance requirements  ·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand R&D business needs, gather requirements, establish user stories, and define product features; Manage backlog refinement and drive features prioritization effort  ·       Communicate effectively across non-technical stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of outcomes aligned to R&D business needs and value delivery  ·       Define, monitor, and analyze business and performance related product-level KPIs, reporting outcomes to team leadership and key collaborators  ·       Manage technology vendor relationships and partnership strategies ·       Manage and keep up to date the allocated budget for the product development  ·       Own the end-to-end user journey and interface design strategy   About you 5+ years' experience in product management with user-facing applications Proven track record of delivering complex software products from concept to launch Excellence in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and user experience design Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and tracking business metrics Experience or familiarity with the following are preferred: Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences R&D environments Data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms Modern web application development practices User research methodologies and design thinking approaches GenAI / GenBI product development experience a plus Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into user-centric digital solutions that drive value Why choose us?   Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether through promotion or international mobility Enjoy a thoughtful rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact Take good care of yourself and your family with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits, including at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave Be part of a dynamic digital transformation journey with executive sponsorship and a strong innovation ecosystem       Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
