Über die Stelle Im Frankfurt Bio Campus (FBC) betreuen wir im 4er Wechselschichtbetrieb die diversen Montage- und Verpackungsanlagen im Bereich der Autoinjektoren für hochwertige und durch starkes Wachstum getriebene biopharmazeutische Produkte. In unserem Team „Engineering Devices APU Autoinjektoren Maintenance” erwartet dich eine offene, konstruktive und kollegiale Arbeitskultur, mit dem Ziel, den Produktionsbereich der Autoinjektoren mit mehreren hochmodernen, digitalisierten Produktionsanlagen im GMP-Umfeld kontinuierlich und nachhaltig unter Einsatz von Standards, Initiativen und Innovation technisch weiter voranzutreiben. Durch eine starke Teamarbeit in der Instandhaltung, zusammen mit den Tagschichtexperten und anderen Abteilungen werden Prozesse kontinuierlich verbessert, technische Probleme mit modernsten Methoden detailliert analysiert und entsprechende Maßnahmen abgeleitet. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Elektrische Instandhaltung der Anlagen im Bereich ICF Engineering Devices Autoinjektoren Störungssuche und deren Behebung an unseren Produktionsanlagen Unterstützung unserer Produktionsteams bei dem Erreichen der gemeinsamen Produktionsziele Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kalibrierungen im GMP-Umfeld gemäß Kalibrieranweisung Durchführung von Funktions- und Wiederholungsprüfungen DGUV A3 Eigenverantwortliche Aktualisierung der Anlagendokumentation Prüfung aller aufgetragenen Arbeiten auf die Notwendigkeit einer Änderungserlaubnis (Change Control) aufgrund etwaiger GMP-Relevanz Unterstützung bei der Erprobung neuer Technologien in Betriebsversuchen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen sowie betrieblichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien hinsichtlich Technik, GMP, Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich Über dich Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektriker für Automatisierung/Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Erfahrung : Berufserfahrung an Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen sind von Vorteil Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten: Selbständige, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Sprachen : Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) Arbeitserlaubnis in der EU Warum solltest du dich für uns entscheiden?
