Über die Stelle Die Abteilung APT MIB FIS ist für die Wirkstoffherstellung von Insulinen verantwortlich. Dazu zählen die Fermentation und die ersten Auf- bzw. Hochreinigungsstufen. In diesen Bereichen muss die Routineproduktion, aber auch neue Projekte und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ausreichend betreut werden. Das Team muss im dynamischen Feld der Wirkstoffproduktion stehts den Fokus bewahren um die Patientenversorgung zu gewährleisten. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung eines Fermentationslabors mit kleiner gleich 10 Mitarbeitern. Führen und Motivieren des Laborpersonals entsprechend den Führungsgrundsätzen des Unternehmens. Vorschlagen und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zur effizienten Gestaltung der Abläufe im Delegationsbereich in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten Erstellung und Maßnahmenbearbeitung von Abweichungen und Change Controls Bearbeitung und Bewertung von OOT/OOS-Fällen Review und der Freigabe von Prüfdokumentation gemäß Anforderungen Erstellung von Dokumenten für Validierungs- und Projektaktivitäten Methodenerstellung und Pflege in elektronischen Systemen, Benutzer- und Methodenmanagement für Analysengeräte ohne PC-Anbindung Etablierung und Durchführung des Audit Trail Reviews computergestützter Systeme Gerätequalifizierungen sowie Erstellung der relevanten Dokumentation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) Planung, Koordination und Auswertung von Optimierungs- und Compliance-Projekten Erstellung, Überprüfung und Umsetzung von SOPs Koordination von bereichsübergreifenden Validierungs- und Projektaktivitäten Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen Über dich Erfahrung : Berufserfahrung im Bereich Drug Substance, Drug Product Herstellung und erste Erfahrung als Leiter der Herstellung / Betriebsleiter Fundierte Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von HSE- und GMP-Anforderungen im betrieblichen Umfeld, wie z.B. Anlagenqualifizierung, Prozessleistungsqualifizierung Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten : Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zu selbständigem Arbeiten, technisches Interesse Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Mitarbeiterführung (disziplinarisch/fachlich) Sehr hohe Motivation sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Problemlösungskompetenzen Erfahrung mit crossfunktionaler Zusammenarbeit Ausbildung : abgeschlossenes Studium (Master / Diplom / ggf.
