Main responsibilities: Coordinate the Digital Shopfloor portfolio with the site teams and global organization Contribute to projects as a bridge between global and local Coordinate and contribute to Run activities in the Shopfloor area Deliver end-to-end technical expertise on manufacturing shopfloor systems and solutions across multiple sites Configure computerized systems in compliance with Sanofi quality standards and maintain them in a validated state Coordinate installations of automated systems, workstations, and hardware (PLC, IoT, manufacturing workstations, etc.) with third parties Manage and track the work of suppliers and service providers to ensure quality deliverables Collaborate with security experts to implement and maintain IT security solutions for the site Partner with automation experts and solution maintenance specialists on the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems About you Experience Proven experience in manufacturing IT/OT systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated industries Soft and technical skills Strong technical expertise in shopfloor and manufacturing execution systems Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements for computerized systems Ability to bridge IT and OT domains with understanding of both worlds Problem-solving skills for complex functional and technical challenges Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work with diverse stakeholders Project coordination experience with third-party vendors and service providers Understanding of cybersecurity principles in industrial environments Education Degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field Languages Fluent in French and English Why choose us?
