本役割の目的: サノフィのインライン・パイプライン戦略を中長期的な視点で理解した上で、ポートフォリオ全体の流通戦略とGo-to-Marketモデルを含むコマーシャルポリシーの立案・実行。新製品ごとの流通戦略策定、上市後のモニタリング、流通戦略調整、レポーティングを行う。コマーシャル部門、ファイナンス部門、マーケットアクセス部門、サプライチェーン部門、リーガル部門など関係部署への流通戦略や業界動向等の情報発信や供給問題や薬価削除などにおいて適切な連携を実施。   具体的要件と責任範囲 : •        サノフィのインライン・パイプライン戦略を中長期的な視点で理解した上で、ポートフォリオ全体の流通戦略とGo-to-Marketモデルを含むコマーシャルポリシーの立案 •        サノフィのインライン・パイプライン戦略を中長期的に理解し、社内外に説明できる •        サノフィのインライン・パイプラインを中心とした、環境面・制度面のアクセス課題を理解し、社内外に説明できる •        ポートフォリオ全体を考えた流通戦略、Go-to-Marketモデルを含むコマーシャルポリシーを立案し、実行する •        新製品ごとの流通戦略策定、上市後のモニタリング、流通戦略調整、レポーティングを行う •        パイプライン全体を考えた上で、製品の特性を活かした新製品ごとの流通戦略を策定し、説明できる •        上市後の製品の動向をモニタリングし、流通推進グループと連携の上、流通戦略を適切に調整し、関係者への発信を行う •        コマーシャル部門、ファイナンス部門、マーケットアクセス部門、サプライチェーン部門、リーガル部門など関係部署への流通戦略や業界動向等の情報発信や供給問題や薬価削除などにおいて適切な連携を実施 •        関係部署へ理解ができる形での流通戦略や業界動向等の情報発信 供給課題や薬価削除などに対して、製品の特性を理解した上で、最適な対応戦略を立案・発信 必要な知識とスキルセット - ビジネスレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、エクセル等を活用した分析・考察能力   ※ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力があるとなお可 - 日本や海外の医薬品薬価制度、予防接種制度の理解と説明力 - 論理思考・戦略的思考、説明力、応用力 職務履歴書の提出、および志望動機、自身の強み・弱み、そして弱みを克服するために何をしているか、の記載をお願いします。 Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
