KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.     Leadership a.     Ensure BU/TA stakeholder understanding of the patient affair & diagnostics initiatives b.     Act as Internal Diagnostics industry and technical expert c.     Act as Diagnostic advocate in responsible TAs and lead the formulation of the diagnostics strategy in responsible TAs 2.     Partnerships a.     Establish win-win MSA/PAG/Vendor partnership to deliver on prioritized initiatives b.     Contribute to Sanofi China SC Patient Affair and Diagnostics ecosystem setup 3.     Diagnostics, Service and Access a.     Lead the design of TA based innovative Patient Affair and Diagnostics offering aligned with Sanofi overall business strategy b.     Lead effective working relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders c.     Ensure the high-quality delivery and consistency with Sanofi compliance standard 4.     Ensure the high-quality delivery and consistency with Sanofi compliance standard 5.     Other special requirements for this role are defined based on business and team priorities.       Education:                           Master or advanced healthcare degrees, e.g. medical, basic medicine and biology are preferred. PhD in basic medicine and molecular biology is a clear plus.   Experience & knowledge:   –   Business, consulting, marketing, sales and business development experience as a strong plus –   8+ years in the Medical industry and deep understanding on patient and diagnostics unmet needs –   Deep understanding on the diagnostics industry and technical expertise as a strong plus. –   Extensive diagnostics program management experience is strongly desired Core competencies: –   Strong belief in value to patient –   Financial and business acumen –   Strategic view and mindset is a must –   Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships internally and externally –   Partnership sourcing, building and management capability –   Strong sense of ethics and business integrity –   Strong ownership, solid delivery and result oriented –   Strong financial modelling, skilled at analysis and communication, both verbal and written –   Excellence in English language, verbally and written Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
