Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist (KAM) – aT1D Location: South East + East of England NHS regions  About This Job As Customer Experience Specialist within our Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing a first-in-class therapy to patients across the NHS. This treatment represents potential for significant change in Type 1 Diabetes management. In this critical role, you'll utilise Key Account Manager capabilities to engage external stakeholders to drive system readiness and account activation across the NHS while coordinating & orchestrating cross-functional internal expertise to enable the successful introduction of this therapy. As part of this first-in-class launch, you'll help establish new treatment pathways that could redefine how we approach autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes. Main Responsibilities Lead the customer journey  – Act as the key point of contact in the field, bringing together internal experts and NHS partners at the right moments to deliver tailored plans for each account. Drive account activation  – Develop and execute account-specific strategies that support system readiness and align with business goals, working closely with cross-functional colleagues. Coordinate team collaboration  – Bring together different teams and specialists to meet customer needs, ensuring a seamless and compliant approach that puts the customer first. Shape multi-channel engagement  – Design and deliver short, medium, and long-term strategies across multiple channels to create a best-in-class experience for healthcare professionals. Build trusted relationships  – Use a consultative approach to support NHS stakeholders with pathway understanding, screening awareness, and treatment fundamentals. Stay ahead of the landscape  – Keep up to date with disease area knowledge, competitor activity, and NHS developments to maintain a competitive edge. Uphold ethical standards  – Take personal accountability for understanding and applying all relevant codes of practice, policies, and legal requirements in every aspect of the role. Experience: Proven track record of building relationships and achieving results with prescribers and decision-makers within the NHS. Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders, coordinating activities to deliver shared goals. Soft & Technical Skills: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach. Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, with the flexibility to adapt plans as circumstances evolve. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Why Choose Us?
