Über die Stelle Unser Team Als QC Analytical Expert in der Gruppe QC Analytical Expertise & Transfer bist du Teil der Qualitätskontrolle des Manufacturing & Supply Netzwerks am Frankfurt BioCampus. Die Gruppe FBC Quality QC Analytical Expertise & Transfer - Produktmanagement hat zum einen die Aufgabe innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle analytische Transfers von Bio-Launch und kommerziellen Produkten zu koordinieren und durchzuführen. Mitarbeiter fungieren hierbei -wo zutreffend- als Entscheidungsträger für die QC und als Schnittstelle zu anderen Funktionen wie QA, Regulatory, Produktion, anderen Sites und externen Laboren, Dienstleistern und Partnern. Für kommerzielle Produkte agieren qualifizierte Mitarbeiter der Gruppe als Leiter der Qualitätskontrolle (AMWHV). Weiterhin liegen Tätigkeiten im Life Cycle Management von Produkten im Verantwortungsbereich dieser Gruppe; immer in Zusammenarbeit mit z.B. den QC-Laboren. Hauptzuständigkeiten Koordination und Durchführung des Projektes "Dual Sourcing" für ein Insulin mit der Site China mit QC Devices, Release & Stability 3 und der Mikrobiologie in Zusammenarbeit mit QA und QP. Koordination und Durchführung analytischer Transfers von Produkten innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle Leitung und Entscheidung über Transferstrategien analytischer Methoden vom MSAT-/R&D-Team ins QC-Labor Erstellung und Pflege von SOPs, analytischen Masterplänen, Validierungsplänen, Spezifikationen und Probennahmepläne Sicherstellung der Methodenvalidierung gemäß ICH, FDA und EMA-Anforderungen Durchführung von Risikoanalysen im Bereich analytischer Methoden Fachliche Unterstützung bei methodenbezogenen Abweichungen und analytischen Problemstellungen Bestätigung der Prüfung gemäß §14 AMWHV als Leiter der Qualitätskontrolle Durchführung von Trendanalysen zur Bewertung der Methodenperformance Support der DS Produktion (Reinigungsvalidierung, Biosafety, Materialmanagement) Management von Referenzstandards und Zellbänken für analytische Prüfungen Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen Über Sie Ausbildung: ​Naturwissenschaftliches/ingenieurtechnisches Hochschul-/Fachhochschulstudium mit vertieften Kenntnissen in der Arzneimittelprüfung Fachkompetenz: Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in Entwicklung und Optimierung analytischer Methoden Regulatorisches Wissen: Fundiertes Verständnis der FDA- und EMA-Richtlinien für analytische Methoden Analytische Fähigkeiten: Expertise in der Analyse und Interpretation komplexer analytischer Daten Projektmanagement: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Projekte Problemlösungskompetenz: Starke Fähigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit analytischen Methoden und Laborgeräten Sozialkompetenz: HSE-Bewusstsein: Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz Pursue Progress .
