Job Title:  耳鼻領域営業所長 Rhinology Sales Lead, Alliance Immunology Franchise(Dupixent) •        Location: 全国 ◆職務内容 ・ 所長として、本社や営業部・営業所のマーケティングプランに基づき、適切なターゲット施設を設定・適正なプロモーション活動・製品の適正使用推進をリードし、販売計画を達成すること ・ 担当エリアにおける医療関係者と良好かつ強固な信頼関係の構築をリードすること ・ コーチングや OJT を通じた部下の育成 ・ 適応症となる疾患に苦しむ患者さんやご家族に新たな希望をもたらすこと ◆主な期待・役割 ・ 目標の設定と達成 ➢  適正な設定と配分：期待値と達成可能性を勘案しチャレンジングなエリア目標（現場への販売計画配分、KPI 設定）を作成し、メンバーへの説明とサポートを通じ納得に繋げる。 ➢  進捗管理：メンバーを鼓舞し決定事項の確実な遂行に繋げる。常に進捗に目を配り課題を認知し生産性も意識しながら必要時には適切にリバイスする。 ➢  リーダーシップ：自らが達成に対する意志と意欲を強く持ち、計画達成と中長期ビジョンの実現に向けてメンバーがストレッチしていくモチベーションをリードする。 ・   MKT, GtM 戦略理解とエリア展開  ➢  ビジネス理解：自らが担当領域のビジネスの動向と将来像、対応する MKT 戦略を理解し、メンバーへの解説、周知を継続する。 ➢  エリア分析：常にエリアの市況、売り上げ動向に気を配り、内外情報を基に戦略展開や行動の結果及び効果性を精査、成功要因や課題、Gap の分析を行う。 ➢  戦略立案：本社戦略とエリア状況をアラインする。分析結果を踏まえ、計画達成と対競合を意識した効率的かつ効果的なプランを立案する。 ➢  戦略推進：エリア戦略に基づいたチームの行動を明確に説明し、進捗を管理する。律速に向けメンバーをエンパワーし、全員が格差なく確実に実行出来る環境を整える ➢  顧客管理：各領域 KOL エリアステークホルダーとの関係性を良好に維持し、情報収集あるいは交渉を通じビジネスを円滑化する。チャネル Mix の推進で環境変化に対応する。 ・ 組織構築 ➢  組織風土醸成：全社的な All-in 戦略を理解し、CE&I カルチャーを醸成し、営業所の風土構築を率先垂範する。 ➢  人員配置：組織の全体像と課題への対処、常にモニターしながら、状況に応じ人員計画を策定し、営業部長らとも調整をし、適切な人員配置を実行する ➢  労務管理：基本的な知識をベースに持ち、HSE ポリシーやハラスメントの概念を常に意識しながら社員の安全と健康に配慮し、適切な労務管理を行う。 ・ 人材育成 ➢  キャリアプランと目標設定：コンピテンシーに基づき個々の強み弱みや課題、求められる役割やスキルセットを明確にし、対話を通じ適正な短期・中長期目標を設定する。 ➢  具体的で効果的な IDP の設定、成長の機会の特定と継続的なコーチングを提供：個々の課題やストレッチポイント、キャリアプランに応じた役割を創出し、OJT や会議体、内外研修も利用しながら育成機会を設定する。 ➢  コミュニケーション：定期的に対話を主とした目的毎の面談機会を設け、個々成長度合いに応じたコーチングやメンタリングを実践し、マイルストンを確認する。 ➢  評価：パフォーマンスインパクトに則り、客観的かつ適正な指標を用い、公正に評価する。達成度合い確認や結果の追求だけでなく、進捗と課題を明確にし、Next Action に繋げる。 ・ One Sanofi Policy の体現 ➢  組織全体をリードする：実績のみならず全ての行動面で全社への波及と好影響を意識し、現場からの発信の場を演出していく。 ➢  他部門協業：One Sanofi 精神で協業機会を創出し、成果を全社に拡大させる。 ・ コンプライアンス遵守徹底 ➢  部署内指示と実行管理：最新の業界ルールや Sanofi Policy を常に確認・理解し、メンバーに周知徹底 することで内外での行動正当性恒常的に担保する。 ➢  組織管理に加えコンプライアンス、法律、就業規則、安全管理等のサノフィ各種ルール、ポリシーの徹底、育成 ➢  営業組織におけるコンプライアンス意識の定着（情報提供 GL 順守、交通事故の削減、違反 0） ➢  安全性情報提供 GL に準じた活動の徹底 ➢  就業規則や 36 協定等に応じた労働安全衛生の管理徹底 ➢  安全運転、事故報告、トレーニングの徹底と管理 ➢  市販後調査・副作用／クレーム対応等完遂 ➢  適正使用推進：GVP、GPSP、安全性情報、OUG、品質管理、適正価格維持等各遵守項目を確実にモニタリングし適切に運用する。 ・ 製品を通じた社会への貢献 ・ 患者志向：適切なプロモーションと疾患啓発を継続して展開し、必要としている全ての患者さんに 1 日も早く製品を届けることで社会に貢献する。 ◆経験・資格など（必須） ・ MR 認定資格 ・ 大学病院や基幹病院を担当した経験があること（KOL 担当経験含む） ・​ 担当領域（耳鼻科）の知識・コマーシャル経験を有する ・ 製薬業界における営業経験 5 年以上または同様の経験 ・生物学的製剤やスペシャリティケア製品での業務経験が１年以上 ・ 基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等） ・ 基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル： Word、Excel、PowerPoint ◆経験・資格など（あれば尚可） ・部下や後輩の育成経験 ・新しい環境を楽しめる人 、特に従来の顧客訪問中心の営業スタイルにとどまらず、営業メンバーをリードし、営業パートナーとの協働を軸とした新しい営業モデルを推進する「次世代型の営業リーダー」のモデルケースになれる人 ・ 英語： 現時点では不問だが、学習意欲を有し研鑽できる人 ・ 運転免許 ・ 学士以上、MBA 尚可 Pursue progress, discover extraordinary   Better is possible.
