Your Impact: As a Senior Software Engineer you will:  Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilities Lead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture  Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the team Support and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks Advocate for best engineering practices Surprise us About you Technical Requirements: Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure  Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js Proficiency in React or similar framework Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledge CI/CD practices and DevOps principles  Soft & Behavioral Skills: Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results Service-oriented, flexible, and a team player who takes initiative Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English Growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approaches Innovation-focused with a willingness to experiment and introduce improved ways of working Surprise us with innovative approaches to exponentially increase our productivity Your background: 5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge) (If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!)
