What you’ll be doing: Lead a team of Test Methodology Engineers to develop and improve ATE test methods for upcoming products and existing products. Support design verification and silicon characterization in co-operation with NPI test engineers, design engineers and product engineering teams. Be an impactful player in the organization, respecting and fulfilling NVidia’s core values. Lead the way for new Test Method project development. Come out with new and creative Test Method and Test Tool solutions for new problems. Coach and guide junior engineers in the team. What we need to see: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science. Deep knowledge and abundant experience of Advantest 9300 test method and test program development. Cross function working experience inside and outside NVidia. 5+ overall years of test methods development experience. 2+ years of management experience or leadership experience. Strength in presenting to technical audiences and generating content for developers Critical thinking, solution focused and attention to details!
