We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join NVIDIA Israel’s communications team – a strategic thinker and hands-on creator who knows how to turn complex ideas into stories people actually want to read, watch, and share . Reporting to the country’s communications lead, this role will lead creative communications’ ideation, and shape the internal narrative across NVIDIA Israel’s growing footprint . You’ll take part in ideation, storytelling, and content creation that strengthens employee engagement and connects teams to our mission, strategy, and culture . You’ll partner closely with leadership, engineering, product, HR, and global communications to deliver internal communications that inform, inspire, and align As part of the global corporate communications group, our internal communications team connects employees to the company’s mission, strategy, and culture through meaningful content. This role will lead internal communications programs for Israel, support leadership communication, manage internal channels, and produce content that informs, inspires, and aligns our teams. What you'll be doing: Lead ideation, copywriting, and hands-on content creation for internal channels, including newsletters, presentations, intranet, all-hands, leadership updates, social content, and employee campaigns – from concept to final execution . Contribute to internal communications strategy and execution for Israel, ensuring alignment with global messaging and company priorities. Partner with HR, Site Services, Payroll, IT, Legal, Stock, and site leadership on communications that support organizational updates, onboarding, cultural initiatives, employee programs, site events, and key business objectives. Manage Israel’s internal communication channels to maintain clear information flow, consistent messaging, and employee relevance. Partner with leadership to develop messaging, talking points, and materials for employee events and key communications, and serve as a communications advisor. Collaborate with the global internal communications team to share best practices, provide local insights, and implement global initiatives. Write and review messaging to ensure transparency, consistency, accurate branding, and clear voice. Measure communications effectiveness through feedback and analytics, support issues-related messaging, and contribute to employee-brand efforts such as “Best Companies to Work For” surveys.  What we need to see: Strong storytelling copywriting and narrative-building skills , with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging and creative content across formats and channels ​ 5+ years of experience in copywriting or internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications within technology companies. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders with messaging, content development, and presentation preparation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize under pressure, and deliver high-quality work while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of organizational culture and how communications strengthen engagement, alignment, and employee experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a self-starter with solid project-management skills and a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and address challenges proactively. Native Hebrew speaker with professional-level writing and editing skills in Hebrew and English. Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd: Experience translating R&D leadership needs into effective communication plans, including change and executive communications. Ability to create or refine short videos and visual assets for internal campaigns and events. Affinity for technology with an understanding of AI, data centers, networking, and emerging tech. Creative copywriting and ideation skills with the ability to craft engaging internal content. Master’s degree in communications, organizational development, business, or related fields.
