We’re on the lookout for a Product Specialist to take ownership of Halter’s product and associated development projects in Australia. You’ll work closely with the Halter HQ in New Zealand and our farmer to ensure the Halter product is delivering undeniable value. Halter is one of the world’s fastest-growing agritech companies, and the most transformative technology available in pasture-based grazing. With Halter’s collars and app, farmers can virtually fence and shift their animals, as well as proactively monitor their locations and behaviour.  We are looking for big thinkers who know how to get stuff done. We’re looking for people who are natural problem-solvers and are comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy environment where they will be challenged on a daily basis. Our ideal person for this role is someone who is committed to deeply understanding our product and customers' needs. Above all else, you will care about our customers, their animals and champion their interests across Halter. Travel will be required in this role. \nWhat your day could look likeWorking closely with our product teams; providing input and feedback to make sure that Halter is always working on the most important threads and that we build what our farmers need.Leading projects to enable continuous innovation and expansion of the product, from design to execution to conclusion. Sharing in-depth knowledge and context about Australian farms, animals and virtual fencing throughout Halter. Partnering with our Business Development and Account Management teams to maintain strong alignment. Critically thinking about the product end-to-end to proactively and reactively start initiatives valuable for our farmers’’ and their animals.
