Identify and prioritize the top 25 target schools across Posh’s top 10 markets Recruit, train, and onboard a high-performing network of 50+ Campus Directors Build program operations from scratch, including SOPs, playbooks, and reporting systems Create and manage workflows using tools like Airtable (dashboards, tracking, ambassador scorecards, funding pipeline) Own the campus micro-funding program (grant applications, selection process, fund distribution, reporting, verification) Partner with campus leaders to drive adoption across: fraternities and sororities, student organizations, cultural, and social clubs Develop collateral and education to help ambassadors onboard orgs and run repeatable events on Posh Track program performance and ensure ambassador + funding activity ties directly to measurable outcomes.
